Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
Designed for Grade 12 qualified individuals, the 12-month program combines a theoretical component aligned with an NQF Learnership program and practical onsite work experience. It aims to enhance the skills and workplace performance of entry-level learners by providing foundational training in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer skills, and basic business principles. The practical component involves learners offering administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and overall departmental operations, ensuring they are well-prepared for the realities of the workplace. The theoretical aspect covers key areas such as Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication skills, and Computer Skills.
Formal Education
- High School / School Diploma or similar
Min Experience
- Experience: 0 – 2+ relevant years
Core Elements
Participate in Learnership programme and successfully complete assessment process; Participate in all required work-place readiness activities and exercises.
