EDC MasterCard Transforming Nigerian Youths Program
With the goal of creating a network of dynamic leaders in entrepreneurship and management, the Transforming Nigerian Youths program specifically targets the empowerment of youths and women within Nigeria’s Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector.
Nigeria is the recipient of this initiative, brought forth through the collaboration between Young Africa Works-Mastercard Foundation and Pan-Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre.
In collaboration with the Foundation, EDC is partnering to enhance the capabilities of 40,000 MSMEs, with a particular emphasis on the agriculture and creative sectors, especially businesses led by women in Nigeria. The training will be accessible through EDC’s online learning platform and IVR (Interactive Voice Response), ensuring that learners can participate in lessons from anywhere on the go.
