Meristem Starlet Graduate Trainee Program 2024

The Starlet Graduate Trainee Program for 2024 Meristem is currently accepting applications. Every year, Meristem holds an open recruitment event for its graduate trainee program, called the Meristem Starlet Program. Selected candidates are then placed on a three-year training program that includes classroom instruction, rotating through various business units, and on-the-job training to develop them into well-rounded investment banking professionals.

Requirements for the Meristem’s Starlet Graduate Trainee Program 2024

Keen interest in building a career in finance and investments.
Minimum of 2nd class lower
Completed NYSC

Also Apply: Cascador Accelerator 2024 For African Entrepreneurs (One week Training, 6 months of Mentorship and $5,000 USD For each participant)

0 – 2 years post-NYSC (Candidates with more than two years of experience may be considered if they possess the relevant professional qualifications and have less than four years of post-NYSC experience)
Preferred disciplines are Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or any social science-related numerical background.
