Applications are now available for the 2024 FNB Graduate Programme.The FNB Graduate Team is searching for unconventional thinkers and imaginative, self-starting contributors who can get the work done quickly, exceed client expectations, and fulfill our promise of genuine assistance. If this sounds like you and you are in your final year of university, particularly in the BSc and Commerce faculties, with a focus on Quantitative Sciences, Engineering and Physical Sciences, and Information and Computing Sciences, apply to the FNB Graduate Program by submitting your CV and most recent academic transcript.

All graduate program positions are permanent. Graduates join specific business units on a full-time basis and engage in monthly training sessions as well as action learning.

Requirements

Strong academic results ( NB academic transcript required as part of the application)
Currently completing the final year of relevant university programs, particularly in the BSc and Commerce faculties, with a focus on the following programs: Actuarial Science, Maths, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Chemistry, Data Science, UX ( usability and customer experience), or related fields.
Analytical and numeric mindset with strong problem-solving skills essential

Your responsibilities would include:

Delivering exceptional service by actively listening to customer needs and creating innovative solutions tailored to their requirements..
Contributing to your team’s success by completing your tasks efficiently, planning meticulously, keeping accurate records, and updating relevant information on time.
Engaging actively in the organisation’s innovation processes by participating in brainstorming sessions, suggesting new ideas, and collaborating with colleagues to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
