Paid Internship At Old Mutual South Africa: Industrial/Organisational Psychology Internship Programme 2024-2025 

The programme seeks to provide interns a comprehensive understanding of Organizational/Industrial Psychology through the actual application of theoretical knowledge leading to an I/O Psychologist registration by the end of the internship.

The successful candidate will be under the direct supervision of registered Industrial/Organisational Psychologists. The incumbent’s university will serve as the supervising university for the programme.

This programme will provide exposure to multiple domains of Industrial Psychology as required by the HPCSA, including:

  • Organisational Psychology
  • Human Resource (Personnel) Psychology
  • Career Psychology and Employee Wellness
  • Testing and Assessment
  • Electives and Professional Ethics

Requirements

    • 1st year Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology completed
    • HPCSA student psychologist registration or registered as a HPCSA student psychologist
    • Clear knowledge and understanding of scope of practice Microsoft Office skills (Ms Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
