She Code Africa Tech Scholarship 2024

She Code Africa, in collaboration with Grow with Google and Coursera, offers 100% scholarships to African girls and women interested in upskilling in the following fields:

Cybersecurity
Data Analytics
Digital Marketing & E-commerce
IT Support
Project Management
UX Design

Your participation in this programme will provide you with access to community support from other students, monthly check-in calls from the SCA Team to help you create a dynamic learning environment, and employability sessions aimed at assisting you in securing internships.

Upon completion of the program, you will receive a career certificate.

Eligible participants must:

Be an active member of the She Code Africa Community (sign up here: www.shecodeafrica.org. Please note that our community membership application review process typically spans one week, during which your application must demonstrate sufficient credibility for it to be approved).
Be able to show proof of foundational knowledge or skills in chosen track
Possess a working Laptop and have access to internet connectivity for the full duration of the program
Be able to complete chosen course within 5 months / 20 weeks
Be available for monthly check-in calls
Applicants who are beginners or at entry or mid-levels of their chosen tech tracks will be given priority consideration.

She Code Africa Scholarship celebrates and empowers young girls and women in technology across Africa.

The She Code Africa Scholarship aspires to create an Africa in which women are equally represented across all career roles in technology, as well as to promote technical progress, networking, mentorship, and visibility at all levels of the technology career ladder.
