Applications are now available for the 2024 World Bank Government Analytics Fellowship Program.The World Bank Government Analytics Fellowship Program aims to harness government data resources and improve public administration efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
The World Bank is seeking dedicated public workers to apply for the Government Analytics Fellowship Program. This program, based on the pioneering Government Analytics Handbook, aims to harness the power of data within governments and translate it into actionable insights to improve public administration.

Eligibility Requirements for THE WORLD BANK GOVERNMENT ANALYTICS FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2024
To be considered for the Government Analytics Fellowship, applicants must be:
- Able to travel to Washington DC between May 27 to June 7.
- Nominated by their organizations (Up to 2 fellows per organization).
- Working in central government organizations (including agencies).
- Mid-level managers or senior analyst positions (or equivalent) with authority to develop a government analytics project.
- Able to demonstrate prior tertiary-level coursework on statistics or related quantitative methods.
- Proficient in English.
Key Features of THE WORLD BANK GOVERNMENT ANALYTICS FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2024
The fellowship will include a combination of in-person training and in-service support from leading World Bank and University College London specialists to help establish a government analytics initiative.
The 6-month fellowship requires a full-time commitment during two weeks of in-person training in Washington, D.C., including the Public Administration Forum and Government Analytics course.

Application Procedure
Applications will be open until March 31st. All applicants must submit the following in English:
- A comprehensive CV (3 pages maximum), highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications.
- A 150-word summary of how you envision applying the insights gained to enhance your organization’s operations through a government analytics project.
