Eligibility Criteria:

Preference is given to those who have up to 15 years of professional experience, showcasing success in leadership roles. Additionally, applicants need to demonstrate proficiency in English and be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for this Trinity fellow program.

Trinity Fellows Program Timeline:
- September 2024: Start with an in-person gathering at Trinity Church on Wall Street, New York City.
- September 2024–August 2025: Participate in live online sessions covering adaptive leadership, conflict transformation, change management, and more.
- September 2025: Reconvene for presenting implementation projects and meeting the next cohort.
- September 2025–August 2026: Implement your projects with peer and mentor support.
- September 2026: Induction into the Trinity Society of Fellows.
Application Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Or equivalent educational qualification.
- Advanced English Proficiency: Both written and spoken.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrated faith, community service, clear goals, relationship-building ability, group leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, long-term and short-term vision, willingness to sacrifice for goals, and ability to work collaboratively.
