The Wema Bank Plc Bankers-In-Training (Sales) Programme is presently accepting applications for 2024.The Wema Bankers-In-Training program exposes participants to several elements of the banking and financial services industry. The curriculum is rigorously designed to take a mixed approach, addressing cognitive and emotional learning domains, providing on-the-job training, and guaranteeing a smooth transition from learning to practical application in the workplace.
Wema Bank Plc Bankers-In-Training Programme Requirements
- BSc strictly in a Management Science course e.g Business Administration, Economics, Financial Accounting, Statistics, Operations Research, Human Resources Management etc.
- Minimum of 2:1 class of degree.
- Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Program.
- Must not be more than 26 years of age at the point of application.
