Candidates that have been shortlisted can check this list to learn if they have been selected.

Before we begin, it is important to note that this is only the first batch of instruction. Nothing to worry about if your name does not appear on the list.

For this first batch, only 30,000 candidates are shortlisted. Why so?

Here’s why:

NITDA is employing a strategy called 1-10-100 in training candidates. What this means is that, the first batch will train 1% of candidates, then they will go ahead to train 10% of the candidates. And then finally they will train 100% of candidates. Hence, 1-10-100.

Since the target number of candidates to train is 3 million, 1% of 3 million is 30,000. so this first batch will train only 30,000 candidates.

For the next batch, 3MTT will shortlist 10%, which will amount to three hundred thousand candidates (300, 000). If you’re not on this batch, hopefully, you’ll be on the next.

Even so, if you’re not on the next batch, be rest assured you’ll be on the third batch where NITDA will deploy heavy resources to train the remaining candidates

3MTT Shortlisted Candidates Status Assessment

The Nitda 3MTT Dashboard Will Display Your Only Shortlist Status As Follows:

1). Shortlisted: You have been chosen to move on to the next round of the 3MMT selection process if the message “Shortlisted” appears on your dashboard.

Please take note that you could be required to take a Computer Based Test (CBT) at a designated date. You will be informed of this by email or through your dashboard, depending on how you registered.

2). Under Review: If “Under Review” appears on your dashboard, it indicates that management is reviewing the application you successfully submitted. After the review, it will finally read “Shortlisted” or “Not Selected.”

3). “Not Selected”: If “Not Selected” appears on your 3mtt dashboard, it indicates that your application was rejected for a variety of reasons, such as failing to satisfy the requirements or the fact that all of the available spots were taken. You might be automatically enrolled in the program’s next round, or you might need to reapply when registration for the following batch starts.

Interpreting the 3MTT Shortlisted Status Indicators:

The status indicators on your 3mtt dashboard provide valuable insights into your application’s progress:

• “Shortlisted”: If your status is “Shortlisted,” congratulations! You have been selected for further consideration and may be invited to the next stage of the selection process.
• “Under Review”: If your status is “Under Review,” your application is still being evaluated by the selection committee. Continue to monitor your dashboard for updates.
• “Not Selected”: If your status is “Not Selected,” unfortunately, your application was not selected for this round. However, you may be eligible to apply for future 3MTT programs.
