Call for Applications: TECA Africa Blue Wave |Funding for African Innovators

The Africa Blue Wave is a bold, African-led movement that aims to shape a more environmentally friendly and resilient future by 2030. It promotes the integration of cutting-edge technological breakthroughs with the traditional knowledge of Africa’s marine legacy, producing an environment in which nature and society may coexist in harmony.

This exciting initiative, made possible by funding from FSD Africa and the Canadian Government, in collaboration with IUCN and Mission Inclusion, builds on TECA’s (Triggering Exponential Climate Action) expertise in fostering blue innovation over the last year, which was supported by FSD Africa through a successful pilot wave.

The Africa Blue Wave will provide funding to high-potential individuals who are passionate about addressing climate challenges in Africa’s blue economy. It will be carried out by TECA, a BFA Global effort, with assistance from OceanHub Africa.This program is for those who are passionate about creating climate-resilient fintech enterprises but have yet to discover investors, teammates, or even solid business ideas.We are here to help you.
